In week 2 you will set up your own blog. Your first post will be in response to what you see in this video and the introductions below to Atomic Learning and Web 2.0 tools.

According to the Atomic Learning site, “Atomic Learning is an online technology training and professional development tool for educators. As easy as it is to use, you may still have some questions about specific functions within the system.” BISD has subscribed to this as a tool to aid teachers in their integration of technology into their classrooms.
Before you log in to Atomic Learning for the first time, watch the video on what Atomic Learning is all about. You will find it on the Atomic Learning homepage at http://www.atomiclearning.com click on the “Learn More” button on the picture of the teacher in front of the green board. This will give you a better understanding of what Atomic learning is and how it can help you as a teacher.
